A mother whose teenage son was jailed for assault after he was filmed slamming a classmate to the ground and stomping on her face claims her boy is the victim.
The mother alleged her son did not instigate the incident, but said that he will 'lash out' if he is provoked.
She further denied the suggestion that he was upset the victim refused to give him her number, claiming the pair are friends and text frequently

The poor thing. Bullied by a 14-year-old girl. He must have been in constant anguish!
Since when does bullying warrant a brutal beat down? Another couple of stomps and she could have been killed.
Another mother who didn’t do her job. Another of the 73% of black families where no father is present. Here’s an idea: Instead of higher welfare payments when the father is NOT present, how ‘bout lower payments when the father isn’t present. Let’s make that penalty $10,000/year. You don’t think momma’s going to go after the father with that much cash on the line?
Holding people accountable for crimes when they “lash out when provoked” is actually a racist policy since it disproportionately would affect people of color.
Laws against tax code violations or insider trading are o.k. since they disproportionately affect white people but having laws against acting like an animal is inherently racist.

it’s a horrible booklet, which deals with data from the dept of justice and local police blotters. Very racist. Take the splc’s advice and don’t read it. Don’t be a bad person!
