To me, that would depend on why they were not disclosed. If the allegation was determined to be unfounded, it shouldn't be disclosed. If it was determined to be credible, but without sufficient evidence, it's a judgment call.
If the allegation was determined to be credible and provable, it should be broadcast far and wide, no mater who the pol is.
