Consider the diseases present in the water runoff.
Just the STDs and drugs......and raw sewage.
Dirtier and dirtier every year. We lived in SF a long time ago, loved those whales. It was always a treat to see them, usually near the beach but in the bay too.
May they live long and thrive.
