The trial of alleged Charlie Kirk killer Tyler Robinson continued this week in Utah.
The defense team for Tyler Robinson filed a motion this week asking the court to hold the Utah County Attorney and his team in contempt.
Tyler Robinson is charged with one count of aggravated murder with the victim targeting enhancement, one count of felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and two counts of obstruction of justice with capital or first-degree felony conduct.
Prosecutors revealed the campus cameras captured Tyler Robinson going to the snipers perch, taking the shot at Charlie Kirk, and then running away into a wooded area.
That’s going to be evidence that will be difficult to beat in court.

Robinson admitted in text he shot Charlie Kirk. Between that and this, for any juror with a link of common sense and objectivity this should be a slam dunk guilty verdict.

It tells you everything you need to know about them. The end justifies the means by any means necessary...including violence, including murder. They have no moral compass because everything is just “morally relative”, you can “justify” anything.

That is purely a statement about the condition of the bullet and the damage it suffered, it doesn’t match any gun after the damage, it doesn’t mean that it is intact and couldn’t come from the rifle used.

The bullet not matching the rifle is smoke and mirrors hatched by the defense....anybody believing that is somehow enough to acquit with all the other damning evidence at hand is a moronic idiot.
