First of all, magnetic levitation is not anti-gravity. Second, there is a lot of crap research done at NASA, DARPA, and the Air Force. MIT and Harvard being listed there is a surprise, but I suspect those scientists (if they are real) are attending to talk about speculative propulsion systems, not anti-gravity.
Anti-gravity is not consistent with general relativity.

Living as I do in a world that has developed concepts like General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, Dark Matter and Dark Energy in barely over a century, I’m not willing to say that anything is impossible. Too much mystery remains about too many things.
Get back to us in another hundred years and let us know if you’re still certain that anti gravity can’t ‘exist’ and be utilized.
