Of course, this doesn't amount to guilt, but we still must work openly and transparently to uncover the truth.

I call on Congress to provide the women who have been victimized by Epstein with a public hearing specifically centered around the survivors.

Give these victims their opportunity to testify under oath in front of Congress with the power of sworn testimony.

Each and every woman should have her day to tell her story in public if she wishes, and then her testimony should be permanently enterred into the Congressional Record.

Then, and only then, we will have the truth.

That may or may not be the case - NDA's are not automatic in settlements, especially where there is potential criminal conduct. They also are against public policy in some jurisdictions, and under certain conditions, and not always enforceable. Giuffre was not bound by one with respect to her lawsuit against Epstein, so it is fair to assume others weren't either.

In any case, the reality is the same - no women other than Giuffre have come forward with any kind of credible allegations against any third parties, so I don't believe there will be a parade of them for what the First Lady is suggesting. The NDA likely doesn't prevent them from mentioning third parties, and if it did, it would likely be unenforceable anyway. Giuffre was not accused of violate any kind of NDA when she accused Prince Andrew, so it is unlikely

An NDA to silence a witness in a criminal case would be unenforceable. There are all kinds of civil business protections, even incorporation, used to isolate the principals of the organization from direct liability. None of them work in a criminal case.

That's a broad statement that doesn't even follow the facts established by the Trump Admin. That skips over the minors who were victims.

The FBI concluded he had over a 'thousand' victims. There is no statue of limitations on child porn and abuse. As far as I know, Epstein was the largest single user of child porn in US history.

The FBI hasn't given a follow up nor have they ever said how or where he obtained such a cache and how it will be prevented in the future.
