There are many, many, many rock 'n' roll songs about drinking — call it an occupational hazard.
And if you narrow things down further, there's quite a lot of songs that have to do specifically with beer. In honor of National Beer Day (April 7), we've compiled a list of 25 songs either written about drinking beer or at the very least mentioning it.

In March of 1933, President Roosevelt signed the Cullen-Harrison Act, which legalized the sale of wine and 3.2 beer starting on April 7, 1933. This is why April 7 is National Beer Day, and April 6 is New Beer’s Eve. Prohibition was not completely over until Dec of 1933, when the 21st amendment was ratified, which repealed the 18th amendment, which created prohibition in the first place.
