STOUGHTON, Wis. — A drone assisted police in identifying and citing a woman accused of repeatedly defecating in a public park, WMTV reported.
Stoughton Police received dozens of complaints about feces and used toilet paper found along a walking path in the park. Police did not name the park but said the incidents were ongoing and not isolated.
Lt. Chad O’Neil said the woman, 46, is not homeless and does not appear to have mental health issues. She reportedly admitted to relieving herself in the park at specific times based on a personal routine.
“When we first learned of it, we thought it was going to be isolated,” O’Neil said. “But then with neighbors and users of the park continuing to call us to complain about it, I realized that it wasn’t going away.”
The woman was cited for indecent conduct.

She’s undoubtedly a Democrat, so she definitely has mental health issues.
“does not appear to have mental health issues.”
I would beg to differ.
The Mad Pooper strikes again!!
An unsanitary version of “Zorro!”
And the world 🌎 heaves a collective sigh of relief.
All the locals and her co-workers know who she is, STOUGHTON, Wis. population 13,000.
Not excusing it. Just saying.
And no, I've never done it but I'm not a runner. I'm an ordnanceman. So if you see me running, you'd better keep up.
Me too.
She should move to San Francisco.
You can count on Gutfeld bringing it up.
Right!?
What an odd thing to assert.
You know what kind of clothes and body are easy to recognize?
The woman you see jogging every day in her jogging outfit, there is no confusion on her identity.
The previous post was about Hersheypark . . . Coincidence?
I always carry TP in my quad when in the woods but it’s my dirt.
All I can say is that before I go taking a walk or a hike, I use my bathroom BEFORE I head out. Almost anyone can hold on for an hour or so, if not much longer. The fact that she’s done this several times leads me to believe that she thought she’d never be caught. She enjoyed this.
It’s a little like someone who has an overly enlarged boob obsession to the point of wearing balloon’s strategically placed inside a stretchy top. They get off on it and think they won’t ever be caught. But then, they mess up, and let everyone in on their secret. They’re relieved, in a way, to be caught.
I think this is the same kind of scenario.
It’s The Phantom Sh!++er ...
Are you female? This seems to be more common with females avid runners. I've heard of this before. It isn't a weird scat fetish or anything. It's just that when their legs start pumping, they'll find they've got to poop, often with little warning.
Personally, I don't think think this is worthy of a news story. It's not like she was crapping on the sidewalk like homeless bums do. She went discretely into the woods.
This one makes my ever-expanding list of "crimes only white people are charged with."
Yes, I’m a woman, and yes, I understand the problem. I know my body, and I know when I have to go and how close I should be to a toilet. That’s one of the reasons I use the bathroom before I leave my house for nearly anything. If I relieve myself before leaving the house, I am often just fine going out for several hours.
Correct, but repeated incidents in the same place indicate some weird fetish. She either needs mental help or a good ass kicking. I do not want her to go to jail as she then becomes a burden on the tax payer. Fine her the maximum that is legally possible.
If this is a mental problem she will do it again.
