Nevada Dem's Expletive-Filled Rant About Trump's SCOTUS Visit Backfires, and Her Follow-Up Makes It Worse

The Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) affliction among Democrats has been well-documented at this site and others going way back to his first term in office. Indeed, not a day goes by that we don't see it on display in some form or another, whether it's in the form of a speech on the House floor, a media interview, or a post on social media.

Some of the more notable instances that come to mind are Democrat Rep. Al Green's (TX-09) unhinged outbursts during Trump's addresses to Congress, two of which have gotten him escorted off the floor, after which Green proceeded to portray himself as the victim.

Another recent instance involves New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D), whose TDS actually put lives in the Empire State at risk when she refused the offer of help from then-DHS Secretary Kristi Noem amid forecasts of a brutal winter storm for much of the country in late January, as RedState reported.

"Secretary Noem offered assistance to New York ahead of the impending snowstorm," Hochul wrote on X at the time.
"I shared that the fastest way to help is for ICE to back off so people feel safe accessing warming centers, shelters, hospitals, and houses of worship."

The latest entrant into the TDS Hall of Shame comes from out west, in Nevada, to be exact.

Not surprisingly, President Trump announcing on Tuesday that he'd be at the Supreme Court the next day to hear the oral arguments made in the birthright citizenship case brought about fretting among The Usual Suspects, who worried about the supposed violation of the separation of powers that they thought this would bring about.

CBS News reporter Kathryn Watson was among them, writing that Trump "would be the first sitting president on record to do so. Presidents have avoided attendance in part to honor the separation of powers."

But it was a late-night expletive-filled tweet from Democrat Rep. Susie Lee (NV-03) that had people wondering if she was drunk-tweeting.

At 1:03 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, Lee wrote these words in a since-deleted message, in response to an AP story that reported Trump's remarks about attending the SCOTUS hearing: "So f*cking f*cked up. I'll pray they f*ck him to his face. Sorry, I say f*ck a lot these days."

Wednesday morning, however, Lee was unapologetic about the post, seemingly confirming she did indeed write it, while alleging her language "touched a nerve":

If laughter is considered a nerve, then yes, she touched it, because that's pretty much all most people did who called it out and/or responded to it.

Strangely, I don't remember Rep. Lee ranting on X about being a staunch defender of the rule of law and the Constitution all those times former President Joe Biden bragged about defying SCOTUS rulings.

For the record, DOJ Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon dunked on supposed concerns over the separation of powers earlier in the day on Tuesday.

"There’s literally a chair set up at SCOTUS for our presidents to sit in for oral argument," Dhillon pointed out. "Your separation of powers nonsense is more imitation pearl-clutching hauteur."

Sorry, Team TDS. The facts simply don't care about your feelings - nor do they care about the alcoholic beverages Rep. Lee may or may not have had last night before she took to the X machine.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

Unfortunately, this moron represents the NV third congressional district where I reside, in Vegas.

"Secretary Noem offered assistance to New York ahead of the impending snowstorm," Hochul wrote on X at the time.
"I shared that the fastest way to help criminal aliens is for ICE to back off so people border violators feel safe accessing warming centers, shelters, hospitals, and houses of worship paid for by American citizens / taxpayers."

There, fixed it!

Several thoughts. There’s a general crassness that is infecting society in general. The corruption and debasement of education, the forced removal of Christian culture from public life, the proliferation of social media and other factors combine to make communications all shorthand. LOL. (I recoil when I see that abbreviation.)

Combining with these factors and the general debasement of our language how does someone get across that they really, really “feel” something about a subject? The shorthand is the F word. It’s the verbal and written equivalent of a defecation covered emoji.

Imagine the alternative. How can you get across the equivalent emotion without a substantial ability to use the English language? The aforementioned problems including the collapse of public education means the speakers of the F word and those who listen probably don’t have sufficient explanatory words in common to get across an equivalent emotion. Also, the F word is intended as a verbal gut-punch whereas an equivalent longer statement is more like a spritz of arsenic.

So sick of the foul-mouthed females.

The foul-mouthed boygirls aren't any better. Keeping it too real.

Democrats want to kill people and destroy things, the gutter communication is a natural occurrence of uncivilized, savage barbarians. All that being said, let them speak. It self identifies the enemies of humanity.

My wife has a refrigerator magnet that says “Wine takes the Bitch right out of me”. I love her, but the magnet is wrong about that.

No, it’s not box wine…

Oregon used to have highway billboards welcoming people entering from the south. The signs read: “Please don’t Californicate Oregon.”

Unfortunately, nobody read the signs or paid them any heed. Beautiful Oregon has become a political disaster area.
