If you’re hiding anything like this in your personal life you can’t a position where you can be blackmailed. That’s been SOP forever.
As I said, why would anyone have to succumb to blackmail over something like this today?
I would just say, ‘Go ahead; do your worst.’
(And you, again, are assuming the story is true and/or Noem knew about her husband’s proclivities.)
