In 2023, JPMorgan Chase agreed to pay Epstein victims $290 million and separately to pay the U.S. Virgin Islands $75 million. Deutsche Bank, that same year, agreed to pay victims $75 million...CNBC has requested comment from the two law firms that represented the victims in the suit filed in October 2025 - Boies Schiller Flexner and Edwards Henderson.

What percentage of the cash settlements will be paid to the law firms?
No information about victim testimony. Was there any testimony? Was it sworn testimony, subject to perjury?
How was it determined that 100% of the women were under age victims - and NOT under age prostitutes?
By definition, under age sex trafficking requires coercion.
Specifically, what coercion did Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell use, if any?
Jeffrey Epstein was an expert on prostitution law.
He would ask each girl if she was 18. If she said less than 18, he would not have sex with her. If she said a legal age, he would pay her - up front - the market rate for massage sex.

From a legal standpoint, as far as I know, only one man (Epstein) had sex with anyone. And only one person (Ghislaine Maxwell) procured females for that one man (Epstein).
Epstein is dead.
Maxwell is in prison.
All done. Everything is tied up with a little bow.
The guilty have all been punished.
That was easy, wasn’t it?
And then there are the payouts of $290M, and $75M and then a further $75M.
It seems like an awful lot of cash for what (apparently) took place.
Unless, of course, there is more to the story.

Her testimony acquitting Trump is the linchpin of his defense against any potential Epstein allegations against him. Hopefully she’s not exposed at some point now or he could pay the price more than anyone.

I would expect they will have miserable lives. Any swinging dick that gives them a second look will send their hearts into overdrive. They will have fake friends. They will overdose on drugs or eat themselves to a quarter ton.
