National Geographic went far Left decades ago. That they would put this on the backs of “evil water barons” instead of having responsible leadership in government for many decades that would do their job and provide clean water to an ever growing population of California citizens as was their duty, they instead cozied up to environmentalists who cared nothing about water, power, transportation, or anything else and we now have what is expected today.
I fully believe that the embryonic nuclear SMR (Small Water Reactor) industry coupled with desalination plants would be the answer to the water problem in California, but I fully expect the Environmentalists will fight that.
The Israelis can do that, but we cannot.
