My grandmother loved Mr. BJ the uncropped Doberman. He was sweet and loved family. He was the first pet I remember family had. And he made sure we were safe.

Every dog and cat we had knew they were family and would never be food.

That’s why our cat approved of these pups’ escape. Even the homeless cat who now resides on our porch and is our Chief Mouser Oliver understands. He is a “farm” cat who ensures mice won’t enter the home.

To a dog in good shape, an 11 mile walk is done by lunch.

Nice they escaped from the thieves. In Arizona we don’t worry much about human predators of pets. The coyotes kill thousands of pets every year, probably many more than that.
