He lives here, he lives here not.
Instead of plucking daisy petals, let’s reason it out.
Does Rep. Eric Swalwell live with his wife and kids in a posh spread near the Capitol they bought for $1.2 million in 2020?
Or does the wannabe gov reside in one rented room in Livermore, Calif. — not far from swanky hotels he frequents — in the district he represents?
With fraud a hot issue in California, Swalwell’s approach seems to fit right in.
But should he be governor?
(The SEIU, which just endorsed Swalwell, seems to think so –– which means he supports taxpayer largesse for public employee unions.)
This much is clear: First, Swalwell violates the spirit, if not the letter, of the five-year California residency requirement for those who hold the state’s top job.
And second: Given a record of poor judgment, hypocrisy, insincerity and general folly, voters should wonder what exactly he’d bring to Sacramento.
Is he fit for the job?
The residency dust-up is yet another potentially disqualifying episode for Swalwell.

He is swamp rat commie devoted to Chyna.
The title is accurate. Where he should be is mucking stalls at Santa Anita.
This is exactly why he will be elected as the next governor of California
To the left, all that matters is the revolution. If Swalwell can advance the revolution by being governor of California, it does not matter if he actually lives in DC, or CA, or Quebec, or Beijing, or Hyderabad, or Teheran.
Has anybody considered the possibility that Democrats are bringing this residency action BECAUSE they are looking to get a court decision favorable to Swalwell before the Republicans can raise the issue? Look, it’s easy to drop or tank the case and let a judge issue a summary judgment in favor of Swalwell. Tanking is done all the time — just look at the NBA regular season.
He’s a disgusting person of low moral character and should not be considered for public office (OK, maybe dog catcher).
The Democratique Partei, which has pretty much replaced whatever was left of the old-line Democratic party, known to be an ally of the United States, has gone off in a direction and with an agenda that loathes and despises most everything that the Great American Experiment brought to the world, in economics, culture, morality, and faith in the Creator.
If any policy involves the obliteration of of the plain language of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution, even as amended, then that policy or aggregation of policies will be readily adopted by the Democratique Partei. The adoption does not have to be logical, or even internally consistent in its demands.

He’s unfit for Dog Catcher too
“Given a record of poor judgment, hypocrisy, insincerity and general folly...”
This is exactly why he will be elected as the next governor of California
Exactly. You are sadly right.
Can California ever be great, again?
“Eric Swalwell is not where he’s supposed to be”
Look under Fang Fang’s blanket
I think what i’m missing in all this, is how did he get elected to Congress from California, if he doesn’t actually live there.
It is required that you are a resident of the state that you’re elected to Congress from.
So theoretically, some verification of his residence was done when he has run for Congress.
Or do they verify it the very first time you run for Congress? And then never verify it afterwards?
Not sure - at least in my lifetime - and unless and until massive vote fraud is cleaned up in California.
I think the Democrats will put pressure on their current candidates for governor - eight as of right now, which will split the vote all over the place and possibly allow two Republicans candidates the “win” and runoff in November.
They’ll hone it down to Swawell so he can run against the Republican - he’ll win for sure, with help from the well-oiled fraud machine.
.
They seek him here, they seek him there, Those libbies seek him everywhere. Is he in heaven? Is he in hell? That damned, elusive Swalwell.
Swalwell obviously doesn’t live in Kalifornia, thus not qualified to be the Governor of the state. End of story. Anyone who denies that fact is a liar.
