Actually, it’s easy to say.
On Friday’s CNN This Morning, CNN national security analyst Peter Bergen claimed it was “hard to say” whether recent terror attacks have any connection to immigration. But the suspects’ backgrounds in four recent cases tell a very different story.
[snip]
"Calls for additional immigration constraints… as a practical matter when it comes to terrorism, it's not going to have any real effect.”

Can this guy really be that stupid?
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
Clowns Nattering Network.
CNN wants open borders and they’ve never met the person who hates our country that they didn’t side with. They’re not ‘that stupid’, they’re liars who hate America.
It’s when all available data points end up pointing, for reasonable, uncorrupted people to a common conclusion (consilience) they don’t favor that their communist stripes really show.
Pretty disgusting.
They/their, meaning unreasonable, corrupted CNN.
CNN is rife with Stupid Democrat Liars
CNN circling the bowl!
“We may never know the motive” they vowed.
Yeah, it’s twaddle like this, is why the “media” or “the press” has an approximately less than Zero credibility with the public. How is it, one might ask, that a business with only trust and credibility for sale would or could put out such a reliably defective product?
That tells you they are on the payroll, or somebody’s hobby horse anyhow, because no for profit operation would be that stupid. Not possible.
“...They’re not ‘that stupid...”
They’ve got to be to say what they say. The “migration” of islam is not for the need to move. It’s for the need to take over with numbers for their god. So it isn’t a migration, it’s an insurgency with benefits.

SEE THAT WASN'T SO DIFFICULT.
“CNN Analyst Claims It’s ‘Hard to Say’ That Recent Terror Is an Immigration Problem”
Well, you do have Antifa, consisting mostly of college-educated (and voting) women, sprinkled with some cucks.
However, Antifa’s latest ‘cause’ is fighting the round up of Illegals...so, back to immigration.
The motives may never be known.
It ain’t a “problem”, this is their plan. Oldest trick in the book, or near enough.
of course it’s hard to say. They know that they caused it!
It’s only hard to say if you are rooting for the terrorists instead of law and order and America.
Not stupid per se. Its similar to what I’ve encountered from certain cultures—they may not believe in what they’re saying, but if they can get others to believe it in service of another ulterior motive, they’ll say/do it.
This is indeed an extreme example of a professional disinformation artist tying himself up in knots to avoid the elephant in the middle of the room.
The point he makes is that the perps were U.S. citizens, the two most recent were not immigrants (they were the sons of immigrants), one was a veteran ... and so, well, you can’t say that immigration is the problem ... and you certainly shouldn’t think that restrictions on immigration should be part of the discussion.
He could have started by observing that radical Islam is the problem. But oh, no.
He could have observed that the U.S. (like Europe) has now imported huge numbers of people who despise our values and, if radicalized, want to kill us. But oh, no.
He could have observed that there is a real problem of Islamist radicalization among the children of immigrants, which is true and an important issue. The parents made the decision to immigrate. They know the hellholes from which they fled. But their children, taking the safety and affluence of the West for granted, may be tempted to blame their own problems on the host culture, not the residual cultural baggage their parents brought from the Middle East. This breakdown of assimilation in the second generation seems to be a clear problem, but the CNN doofus won’t go there either.
I know several immigrants and the children of immigrants from the Middle East. A couple are Lebanese and Armenian Christians who fled to the U.S. for reasons we all understand and applaud. One is an adult man from Iran who was brought here by his mother back during the Iran-Iraq war. The family was Iranian and Muslim. But then the ayatollahs started rounding up children to use in human wave attacks to clear minefields. The boy’s father was all in favor of the martyrdom track. Mom disagreed and fled with her son. He is now well educated, gainfully employed, a U.S. citizen, and a good citizen, fully secular but emphatically NOT a muslim. And the list goes on.
But would CNN acknowledge the elephant in the middle of the room? No.
It’s places like CNN that cause ignorance and stupidity in the world.
