I wouldn’t waste a minute of my time watching that guy. The alarmist nonsense he was posting here on FR in the early weeks of the COVID fiasco prompted one Freeper to give him the moniker “Greta McGee.” LMAO.
I can’t remember but I do like listening to him on subjects of foreign policy, war etc. He’s an old school conservative who is adept at writing fiction.
In fact, I know a lot of Freepers will say : “stick to the books, Matt” 🙄🙄

In my experience, “an old school conservative who is adept at writing fiction” is likely to be one of the worst offenders when it comes to peddling nonsense in a political discussion. And I’m talking about Rachel Maddow levels of zany propaganda.
If he left FR, it’s because he made one of the worst mistakes anyone can make if he presents himself as an expert on any subject: he made wild, outlandish claims and predictions based on zero evidence and then got called out on it when they turned out to be false.
That’s probably a common failing with people like that. They spent so much time writing fiction that they’re incapable of producing a fact-based documentary.
Matt/Travis doesn’t have a clue. We’ve positioned essentially nothing with which to attempt a significant ground invasion of Iran. We could likely pull off high risk raids to nab enriched uranium, in a pinch...
