“Big Hoss” needs a big assist from fans!

Pawn Stars’ Corey Harrison has launched a GoFundMe to help pay more than $100,000 worth of medical bills after a January motorcycle accident in Mexico left him with only $400 in his bank account.

Harrison, 42, suffered life-threatening injuries, including 11 fractured ribs, a concussion, punctured lung, and internal bleeding, all of which required multiple surgeries, according to the GFM page started by his friend Aron Chambers.

After spending 14 days in a Playa del Carmen hospital, “the financial pressure became too much, and Corey had no choice but to check himself out against medical advice,” Chambers wrote. Once back at home in Tulum, Harrison began to experience “excruciating pain” and his oxygen levels “plummeted to dangerously low levels.”

I always assumed that television stars were millionaires.

can lose a lot of money or be irresponsible but this is really hard to believe. They made a fortune off that show hard to believe people with any kind of money aren’t carrying health insurance.

Out of curiosity I looked it up. My AI assistant said that Rick Harrison is worth around $9 million.

Perhaps there was a serious falling out between father and son.

They’ve been on the air since 2009, 17 years.

Did Corey not save any money during that time? Surely, as one of the stars, he made millions?

And now he’s broke?

Yeah, I have a “friend” who deals with insurance He knows all kinda stuff about these things. Let me give him a call.

Friend enters: “Yeah, your item is worth $100,000!”
Pawn Stars: “ I can offer you $2,000. You know I got a lot of work I’d have to do to this item for resale!”
Sound about right??

Sounds like Corey shoulda been better with his funds!!

The cast gets about $25,000 per episode. I am sure Corey gets a good chunk of that. Just hard to believe he couldn’t afford health insurance.

What he needed, and looks like refused to buy, was travel health insurance.

Jeez louise, people. Just purchase the coverage.

Just hard to believe he couldn’t afford health insurance.

It just wasn’t a priority for him. Maybe he could hock his motorcycle to pay his bills. But he probably didn’t insure that either.

I don’t do anything with GoF*ckMe since they returned my donation to the Canadian truckers who werevopposing the Fauci Flu a few years back and needed food.

I don’t give someone $100 so a business can make $10 off it. If I can’t give it directly to the individual, it’s a no go. The dumbest of all is people requesting Go Fund Me donations from friends and putting it on FB! Put a mailing address up and get 100% of the donations.
