Iran says it fired four ballistic missiles at the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier, which launched many of the strikes on the Islamic Republic Saturday and Sunday.
But, contrary to claims in Iran — all the missiles missed, the US said.
In response to Iran's claims that it struck the nuclear-powered floating airfield, the US Central Command posted a message on the social media platform X.
"The Iranian regime claims to have killed 50 U.S. service members. LIE."
CENTCOM said that there have been "no reported US casualties" and that "no US Navy ship has been struck."

In 2 weeks or so we run out of patriot missiles while Iran has many thousands of hypersonic missiles left. Then the only way to stop them will be to threaten nukes.
And I’m sure Netanyahu was well aware that nukes would come into play and he managed to sucker Trump into this. What a mess and we’re doing this all because of Israel.
Aren’t we bombing them from that aircraft carrier? They can hardly be blamed for shooting back. The USN lost several carriers in WWII.
No our standing SOP has been if you attack a carrier it’s equivalent to attaching a USA city. Look it up. It’s been standing doctrine since 1980s. We cannot tolerate the loss of a carrier group or capital ship.
Unlike boomers I don’t fear tactical nukes they are sized and meant to be used. Russia nor China is going to risk losing Moscow or Shanghai for a tactical strike. They will piss and moan to the UN that’s about it. But it will send a message do not try to hit a capital ship or you will lose a city.
I have a bunker anyways and 250 acres of family compound with another bunker as all good LDS should. My BIL has his 3 wives on it as guardian and custodian. Again no fear we planned for this.

Clear signal and gets the job done without boots on the ground as well. We don’t have any other means to hit 1500+ ft deep leadership bunkers the B61 is the only tool designed for that mission.

President Trump should announce, on air, that for every ballistic missile which the Iranians claim they've fired at a U.S. Navy ship, we will launch ONE HUNDRED at Iranian assets.
That should put a stop to their childish prattlings pronto!

Fake reports about casualties and BDA is common practice for the side losing but wanting to show they accomplished “something.”

The beautiful thing about “casualties” and BDA is that you can just make these numbers up in reality, and neglect ones own, to show some imaginary success.
You don't have to hit the people 1500+ ft. deep in their fortified bunkers.
All you have to do is destroy the ground-level entrances. Then wait six months, and then go in and dig out the dead bodies (suffocations, starvation).
