I can agree with Ron Paul about that. The CIA has been corrupt and uncontrolled from the day it was organized in 1947. Even with Congressional oversight in later years, they have still managed to commit crimes, about it, cover it up, and get away with them.
Allen Dulles was CIA Director when JFK was President. He was the brother of John Foster Dulles. Allen Dulles believed the CIA should be allowed to exist in secrecy, with unlimited money access, and no outside interference at all.
Dulles was fully responsible for the Bay of Pigs fiasco. He lied to JFK about it, and when Kennedy found out, he fired him. JFK replaced him with John McCone. Dulles despised JFK and RFK. He especially didn't like RFK meddling in CIA business. He'd been allowed to run the show for years without anyone questioning him, his motives, or his agency's activities. He was still alive when both Kennedys were assassinated, and I can believe that Dulles still had contacts at the CIA all those years later, and played a role in the death of both men.

He’s correct. The deepstate started after WWII when the Intel agencies no longer had an enemy, so they kept operating without any oversight. JFK was in the process of eliminating them. Oswald worked for them and thought he could stop the shooting, but little did he know he would take the fall - pattsy! If you actually do research and connect the dots, you’ll see that.
