After a Tourette syndrome advocate shouted the N-word at “Sinners” actors Delroy Lindo and Michael B. Jordan during Sunday’s BAFTA Awards, Lindo says organizers of the event had yet to reach out about the incident.
John Davidson, the inspiration for the BAFTA-nominated biopic “I Swear,” disrupted the ceremony with several involuntary outbursts of expletives and slurs, a symptom of the nervous system disorder.

How is this news? Crap happens, who cares?
Behold the power of a single word
It still surprises me that the award show is apologizing for the man's disability. He has Tourette's. He did not do it on purpose. Would they apologize if someone with a different disability disrupted the program, or if the Tourette's advocate shouted something other than the "N" word? I guess we now know that race trumps disability in the Woke hierarchy.
Maybe they should go in for surgery to get the “offended fee-fees” telephone pole out their behind.
The guy has Tourettes, ya Longhouse Karens.
They obviously havent seen the TLC Reality Show “Baylan Out Loud” she has tourettes and uses the N word constantly, heck heard her say it at the airport in one episode.
Then move along. It wasn’t listed as “News” anyway.
Sky is falling because of a word. 1st amendment means F your feelings.
Was that with, or without a hard “R”?
This is the most tragic and funniest story I’ve heard in a little while. N word shouted at black people but that’s the guy’s handicap.
Apparently when the queen knighted him, he said “F&ck the Queen!”
Seems that tourettes comes in handy.
What was he doing in a room with nothing but blacks?
Here’s one: If you’re in a recovery room after an operation and you’re coming to how do you keep your mouth shut?
Yeah what is the hard “R”?
Just tell them the guy was auditioning for Tarantino’s next movie.
I kept being told about “white fragility” and then I see this.
or a rapper
John Davidson - ‘I have Tourette’s. I yelled “f-— the Queen” when I met her’
And now all the adult children are mad at him because of his disability. What a bunch of ignorant bigots.
I literally just finished watching Sinners. I was not offended by the Tarantinoesque use of the word in that movie. Weird movie. Kind of a black From Dusk til Dawn. Which coincidentally was written by Tarantino. 6.5/10. Pandering Hollywood gave it the most Oscar nominations ever. It’s a friggen B vampire flick.
YES—rhotic, or non-rhotic? LOL!
