DALEVILLE, Ala. (WTVY/Gray News) - An Alabama teenager was killed late Thursday after he was attacked by a pack of dogs, according to authorities.
Dale County Coroner John Cawley said 16-year-old Gabriel Damien Barron was fishing in his private pond on his Daleville-area property when dogs described as pit bull mixes mauled the teen.

yep
loners = not a pack
Where’s Chet 99 when we need him...
Not unusual for coyotes to run in 15-20 animal packs around here that I have seen, they will actually entice a dog away from their home with a female from their pack so they can attack and eat it. But like you said, they usually won’t mess with a very large dog.
You didn’t forget.
You are just stupid.
Your friend may be on to something, lol.
Assuming of course, he didn’t lose his .357 or 12 gauge loaded with #4 buck shot in that boating accident.
My friend told me those both work really well.
Living in a semi rural area east of Albuquerque I’ve seen many dumped dogs. My neighbor found a tiny kitten and we took it in. She turns 18 this year. I tell her how lucky she was, but being a cat she is sure she deserves it.
WOW! That rant went from 0 to 60 very fast. Wild dog packs are not owned by humans.
My in-laws kicked the can down the road many times about buying land on what is called Rincon Loop. They never pulled the trigger cuz they didn’t think they could get any water. But I did get to eat at Bella Vista.
Unfortunately most people are idiots when it come to dog behavior. They also do not understand that they can also have mental problems just like humans. That cute loving puppy can turn into a monster when it becomes 4-5 years old for no other reason then that it is mentally ill. They can become jealous or possessive of it’s owner or sometimes even an adversary thinking they are an equal.
As soon as these pitbull owners start going to jail for 25 years on secondary murder when their dogs kill someone we’re gonna keep seeing stuff like this
Yes, My child hood friend that had a dog that went mad and the animal control had to shoot him because he was so aggressive. This was back in the early 70’s so they wouldn’t do that today.
I mean, Albuquerque’s been around since before year 1500 and it’s right beside the Rio Grande river; so how is it that there’s still suburban areas unable to get water?
Run by Democrats?
I always cringe when I see idiots lay their child with dogs. I love dogs as much as the next person. I raise setters and they are the most gentle dogs you can have. But they are still beasts of the wild. I would NRvER trust them with a kid. Poor kid. What a horrific fate.
People who annoy you.

He seems to have been shown the door years ago.
I’d go for a 9 with quality hollow points, minimum, for that.
Pancake bunnies are the best bunnies. Rabbit meat bbq with some fried buttermilk biscuits... oh my. Don’t tell peta I eat bunnies and other assorted cute critters on the property. Hmm... the rock chucks are coming out now. I bet they make a good meal. Never ate one, but still.. the local hawks sure like them. I bet they’re tasty...
The Bella Vista closed and burned down years back. Water was a problem then, and even more now.
This is about twenty miles to the east of the river in Tijeras Canyon along I-40. Not many aquifers.
