I surmise that the cartel’s motive is to say the cartels can kidnap US citizens n have them in MX before LEOs even know there’s a kidnapping.

This sends the message to PDJT they will egg him by kidnapping US citizens.

What the cartels don’t understand is PDJT would send every available, viable covert civilian and military operator to MX along w every mercenary the US Treasury can hire to exact revenge.
