I see this is a problem. I saw this video just recently that I simply could not fathom...I didn't know if it were real or not, and it seemed unreal enough for me to have concerns-which in this day and age of outlandish behavior is a real statement on how bizarre it was-so I had to check it out.
(Note: I made a GIF out of this and inserted the text into it so when I posted it, people might have an idea of what it was. I hadn't seen this, and when it was sent to me, I viewed it a few times wondering what this hideous, mentally ill excuse for a person was shouting at this uniformed man...and when I turned on the sound, was shocked to hear she was just screaming, eyes bugging out, and spittle on her lips: "WOOF! WOOF! WOOF!" over and over again!

But I had to look, and found multiple corroborating accounts at reputable web sites before I believed it was for real.
