Again, most serial killers begin by torturing animals.
The guy ran over the animal with a snow mobile, injuring it, and instead of simplly killing it cleanly if that was his goal, he dragged it to a bar to subject it to further pain and fear just to show off, before killing it.
This is not merely ‘dumb’. It’s mental illness.
