USAID-funded “revolution consultants” training protesters how to topple governments and advance left-wing social causes are embedded across U.S. universities and training American activists how to carry out the same operations in the U.S.
The Center for Applied Nonviolent Action and Strategies (CANVAS), headquartered in Serbia, openly markets its expertise in “building and running successful non-violent movements.” They aim to “engage with students as much as with activists.”
CANVAS received funding from USAID, which has historically used these same protest tactics to topple regime across the world. The money came through the Civil Society Engagement Program in Georgia, a five-year program that started on November 1, 2021. The program is worth $17 million.

CANVAS’ listed collaborators include New Tactics in Human Rights, a Minnesota-linked NGO that publishes tactical playbooks for pressure campaigns; IREX, a major US nonprofit involved in civic engagement and media development; and Humanity in Action, which trains activists and civic leaders through fellowships and workshops.
Together, these organizations form a US-based support network that professionalizes activism, standardizes protest tactics, and normalizes regime-pressure strategies as legitimate civic engagement. CANVAS sits at the center of that network, translating theory into training and recycling foreign-tested protest doctrine back into American movements.

Bye bye midterms.
Obama did not invent the tactics or the organizations.
His genius was mobilizing and diverting government resources and taxpayer money at all levels of government to support the NGO, non profits, charities, and foundations that drive this subversion.
He was even more effective at co opting previously benign and even benevolent charities and turning them over to the dark side.
Obama was the guy who weaponized the entire US government against the American people and funded the destruction of America with taxpayer money.

Doge did not go far enough. Its good they got rid of the USAID cancer but there probably are a number of other USAIDs that need to be rooted out.
Probably not coincidence that Serbia is the center of all this, given that SErbia is also where John Brennan’s company installed Dominion’s Huawei servers in 2012 to enable the election theft of US elections via Hugo Chavez’s Smartmatic software (embedded in Dominion systems), which was designed to steal elections.
I can’t keep up on the status of USAID funding. Is the fraud machine still mandated by some leftist (probably bought off by Cartel del Sol) judge in the US?

Also being fully refunded by our GOP House, Senate and President.
Based on recent reports, investigations, and allegations, the “counterparts” of USAID in contexts of alleged corruption, mismanagement, or oversight failures include
<><> a network of international organizations,
<><>private contractors,
<><>and local partners.
The USAID Office of Inspector General (OIG) monitors these entities for fraud, waste, and abuse. Key counterparts in the context of USAID’s foreign assistance operations, as identified by recent OIG reports and investigations, include:
1. International Organizations and UN Agencies
USAID OIG has noted challenges in obtaining information from United Nations agencies regarding misconduct, including allegations of sexual exploitation and abuse. Key entities include:
<><>World Food Programme (WFP)
<><>UN Office for Project Services (UNOPS)
<><>UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)
<><>World Health Organization (WHO) wrt misconduct during the Ebola crisis in the DRC.
2. Private Contractors and Implementing Partners
Large, U.S.-based contractors (prime awardees) manage significant portions of USAID funding, and some have been involved in fraud schemes:
Chemonics International: Listed among firms with terminated or investigated contracts.
Palladium International: Listed among firms with terminated or investigated contracts.
Apprio and Vistant: Companies that admitted to a bribery scheme involving a USAID official.
EcoHealth Alliance: Identified by the White House as a recipient of funds for projects deemed “waste and abuse”.
3. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Local Partners
Syria-based NGOs: Investigations by the OIG led to the suspension of 14 entities and individuals involved in cross-border aid programs from Turkey, with allegations of significant fraud and diversion of aid.
4. Foreign Government Entities: In certain regions, local government officials have been accused of “elite capture” of aid.Financial Institutions: Specifically mentioned in investigations is the Inter-American Development Bank.
5. Oversight and Investigative Bodies
While often acting as watchdogs, these entities are the primary, and often sole, counterparties for detecting and investigating corruption: USAID Office of Inspector General (OIG): Conducts investigations into fraud, waste, and abuse within programs and with partners. DOJ / FBI Collaborate with the OIG to prosecute corruption cases.
As of early 2025, the Trump administration has taken steps to reduce, audit, and restructure USAID, citing “waste and abuse,” and has initiated a 90-day pause on foreign aid programs to conduct a review.

Fundamental change.
In Serbia..in Georgia.
Please clarify if the European country of GA or the US state of GA. Since international is the context, it is not clear.
This seems no different than funding of the National Student Association in the 1950s and 60s to push agenda foreign and domestic.
I thought all that USAID funding got cut. Time to cut it again.
§2381. Treason: Levying war against the U.S. or adhering to/aiding its enemies. Punishable by death, or imprisonment for up to life and not less than 5 years, and a fine of at least $10,000.
§2382. Misprision of treason: Concealing or failing to report knowledge of treason.
§2383. Rebellion or insurrection: Inciting, assisting, or engaging in rebellion against the authority of the U.S.
§2384. Seditious conspiracy: Two or more persons conspiring to overthrow, put down, or destroy by force the Government of the United States, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States.
§2385. Advocating overthrow of Government: Organizing or knowingly teaching/advocating the duty or necessity of overthrowing the U.S. government by force.
§2387-2388. Activities affecting armed forces: Advising or counseling insubordination, disloyalty, or mutiny in the military, particularly during wartime.
Note: 18 U.S.C. §115 (found in a different chapter) specifically covers threats against federal officials and their families, which is distinct from the Chapter 115 regarding treason and sedition.
I think $$2384 is clearly the statute most violated in the MN rioting. It is more than obstruction.
These Communists are emboldened by lack of enforcement of the law. They will become worse and worse, and soon more violent and destructive actions will be forthcoming.
They will organize and their movement will grow in direct proportion to how much they are allowed to do this insurrection with impunity.
Sometime soon, their movement will not be containable.
Note: Charging them in DC or NYC or another liberal district will just result in acquittal. They really need to be charged, and quickly, someplace where a fair trial will take place.
