I may have posted to “Breaking” once or twice in my 2 plus decades and every time the post was relegated to “General Chat”.
So I NEVER use “breaking”.
No moderator has ever explained the criteria either in forum or by PM.
Arbitrary and capricious, IMHO.
I pretty much stopped posting articles as it’s not worth the hassle.
