I rang that bell once. It gets you on tv but other than that its not connected to anything and if you wait too long it just rings anyway. And the market opens regardless of the bell. The Nasdaq doesn’t even have a trading floor you are in Times Square looking at the fast money studio.

To be fair, the lesbian boxer movies was a prestige project that should never have gone to the theaters. Should've went straight to Netflix or HBO.
Much to the lamentations of the Left, her cancellation was not to last. Sweeney's latest film is a massive hit, on track to gross $400 mil in ticket sales (not bad for a $35 million film).
