A man in a three-month coma credits ‘The View’ for saving his life.
A nurse put ‘The View’ on his room TV. The man woke up and changed the channel.

I busted a gut laughing at the scene in Landman. Billy Bob Thornton’s character told his father to enjoy life being at his house instead of the nursing home. “What will I do?” “I don’t know. Sit around watching The View or something.” “What’s The View?” “It’s a show with a bunch of millionaires fussing about other millionaires.”
It can be used as a daily reminder as to why the 19th amendment was a horrible mistake.

Amen. My mother watches that awful show and MSNBC all day long. I make her turn off the TV when I go over. Ans she does nothing but complain about everything and is always grouchy. I tell her “STOP watching that crap. You have a few good healthy years left and you’re wasting it watching these angry bitter hens cluck about things you can’t change and don’t matter to you anyway.”
She keeps watching just for the noise in the back ground. When she lives in a senior complex with 100 other ladies she can hang out with.
