Your stolen car is probably a couple of blocks away. Drive around your neighborhood and look.
Go to the police impound lot and look around. The city is not very good at telling you they have your car.

I'm with you. I hate the push button ignition. Last two cars I've leased have had them.

The ignition key and the starter switch were separate.
My old '52 Chevy stepside had:
- Floor mounted starter switch.
- Dash mounted ignition switch.
- Three-on-the-Tree transmission.
In 2026, absolutely theft proof.
