I can only state (as a retired cop) that when a person dies they (almost always) don’t look the same. Believe it or not, things like musculature/tendons/ligaments lose elasticity when you die because YOU’RE DEAD. Also, when a person hangs themselves, what holds the dead weight? Answer: not just the neck but also the face and usually at least the jaw and ears (because that’s where the makeshift noose rides up when you’re dead weight). Do we know how his body was handled trying to get him up and laid down when he was found? Probably roughly. But what do I know? I only helped haul 10-12 hanged folks down after they committed suicide, in my 20 years.
Common sense and rational logic explain the “weird ears and nose shape”.

I think the different shape of nose and ears is because of gravity and lack of blood flow.

Having said that, I think the dude on the gurney was hillary's brother. He did look very much like Epstein when alive. Hillary did make one post stating she misses her brother... maybe because he was dead?

And when do the medical and emergency professionals wheel any dead bodies without covering their faces? It makes no sense. It’s almost like they wanted Epstein (or his look-alike) to be observed clearly.
