Palestine Action activists cleared of aggravated burglary at Israeli defence firm site

Six Palestine Action activists have been cleared of committing aggravated burglary over a break-in at an Israeli defence firm’s UK site.

Charlotte Head, Samuel Corner, Leona Kamio, Fatema Rajwani, Zoe Rogers and Jordan Devlin were accused of threatening unlawful violence and using sledgehammers as weapons after a prison van was driven into Elbit Systems’ factory in Filton, near Bristol, on 6 August 2024.

But after a trial at Woolwich crown court, south London, none were convicted of any offence.

All six were acquitted of aggravated burglary, which carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, and jurors found Rajwani, Rogers and Devlin not guilty of violent disorder.

The jury deliberated for 36 hours and 34 minutes but could not reach verdicts for charges of criminal damage against any of the six defendants. This was in spite of all of the defendants, except Devlin, telling jurors they had entered the factory without permission and damaged Elbit’s equipment including computers and drones.

Additionally, no verdict was reached in the allegation that Corner, 23, inflicted grievous bodily harm on police sergeant Kate Evans, or on the charges of violent disorder against Head, Corner and Kamio.

Before the verdicts on Wednesday, Mr Justice Johnson told the jurors he was not going to ask them to deliberate further, because “you believe that you can go no further than you have got to already”.

This is called jury nullification, Freepers. The jury have excused them in sympathy of their cause despite clear instructions from the judge, etc.

It happens.

The Palestine activists get no convictions despite their raid and actions all on film. Remarkable.

Might be time for Mossad to deliver some much needed justice.

Britain is an antisemitic country. They deserve what they are getting.

A man sledgehammered a female cop...and got away with it. Millions of pounds in damages are excused...because the victim is a Jewish company.

If this is what "Great Britain" looks like now, just imagine what it will look like 10 years from now.

“Might be time for Mossad to deliver some much needed justice.”

Recall what happened when an Indian agency targeted Indian separatists living in Canada? I’m reasonably sure the Israeli government doesn’t want to deal with that kind of issue.

It is MUCH harder for actual agencies of countries to work within a different country that it once was. One reason is the ready availability of meta data. You can barely move in a Western country without leaving traces. You had a cell phone, and you left it in a motel fifteen miles from your target, but you picked up a burner phone, and it left a trail from there to the target and then to the river where you threw it away. You paid with a cash card and used a false passport to check in, but there are several photos of you doing this at passport control and some AI database will flag your picture either as a person of interest who checked into other countries on different passports or as your real identity. Yeah. Huge risk.

The Guardslimes probably provided layouts and directions to the Palistinians. This should be remembered when the left receives its just dues...and sentences...and death.

This is one of those cases where the judge should overrule the jury.

Juries can do this.

It’s kind of absurd though when it’s all on tape!

I'm sick of people blaming Europe for "antisemitism." Jewish groups have been in the forefront of lobbying for looser immigration restrictions and welcoming diverse refugees.

This is what they asked for.
