The dad of a Florida woman charged with posing as a teen to molest five middle-school-age boys has bizarrely claimed to The Post his daughter is “mentally defective” and the real victim of the sex crimes.
Before Alyssa Ann Zinger, 25, was arrested for allegedly having sex with underage boys, the accused pedophile grew up in a “good Christian home” in suburban Tampa — but dealt with a myriad of mental disorders, (snip)
“She had a lot of problems growing up. Our daughter has been to 10 to 12 psychologists and psychiatrists throughout her life,” the 55-year-old dad said, adding that Zinger once scored a 72 on an intelligence quotient test — well below the assessment’s 100-point average.
“In all actuality, she is the victim.”
Zinger, then 22, was first arrested in November 2023 for allegedly engaging in at least 30 sexual acts with a boy between the ages of 12 and 15 after creating a fake persona on social media as a homeschooled 14-year-old in order to lure in underage victims, prosecutors said.

There’s a lot of women who just wish they had her looks. So there’s jealousy and envy and hate for this one in our new matriarch society. Especially if the women are the prosecutors, the judges, and the jurors.
Allowing mentally ill people to walk around to prey on innocent people is illegal too. They’re aiding and abetting criminal behavior.
I agree, but in reality it’s almost impossible to get an adult committed. I have a good friend living through hell trying to get that accomplished for several years now.
Yes it’s only the women who complain when an older women seduces an underage male. Any normal male would jump at the chance to have sex with an attractive woman no matter the age difference and none of the underage boys would be harmed by it. Actually I hold a great deal of disdain for any boy who would squeal on a woman for doing this.

The first guy is 12 to 15. Article doesn’t say. Let’s say 15. He is old enough not to take advantage of someone with an IQ of 72.
Regarding institutionalizing her, that is almost impossible to do now. Not sure how she was able to get a social media account though.

These days for sure, because they'd rather have chaos in the streets. My oldest sister was born in 1940. She was an alcoholic from her early 30's, and was eventually institutionalized (no family involvement whatsoever), and ended up spending her later years in adult-assisted living homes. The only reason she managed to live to be 74, was because she was institutionalized. Had she been left to live on her own, she never would have lived that long. She died in 2013. This was in NY State. Time's have changed.
When Democrat Governors Hugh Carey and Mario Cuomo closed most of the psych centers in the State, those residents eventually ended up in the State's prison system. I know, because I had a career in uniform in that same prison system. I started in 1980 and in December 1983, I transferred closer to home, working at Mid-State Correctional in Marcy, NY, which had previously been one of the psych centers closed by the State.
And more recently, Andrew Cuomo and Kathy Hochul have closed at least 2 dozen prisons, dumping inmates on the street that haven't completed their court-ordered sentences.
72 is really low. The Army has different tests, but roughly wouldn’t accept someone with an IQ lower than 83. Unless the male also had a really low IQ he would have to know and that would be reprehensible behavior. Maybe not criminal.

Over the next five months, the young boy “hid” Zinger in his family’s ritzy, downtown Tampa apartment, her dad claimed. The child introduced her to his other middle-school-age friends, four of whom would become additional alleged victims in the state’s case against her.
“The boy who harbored her in his house for five months — he’s the one who introduced her to his friends, and they all were like, ‘Hey, this girl is 14,’ wink, wink, high-five, high-five, ‘Your turn, bud,’ ” Josh said, adding that “this all will be proven in court.
She could come live with me but she would have to be in handcuffs the whole time.

the only way to help her is to arrest her...if true a 72 IQ there is chance she is a victim perpetrator...problem is she should be in an asylum not walking the streets...at the verry least if the boy did instigate and that’s a big if all it means is that there are other abusers in that boys orbit besides this woman and another one that is in this womens orbit...there is a good chance you just have father saying anything to protect his adult daughter
My beautiful mother drank herself into Korsakov’s Syndrome. Looks like Alzheimers. She had to be institutionalized for her own safety after she was missing for a night and found in a grocery store miles away the next morning.
I had to get Power of Attorney to get her into a locked facility where she lived very pleasantly for many more years, setting some kind of record there for longevity. Perhaps because she and another woman spent every hour of their days walking around the facility together, babbling as they went. The people who worked there were saints.
Victims?

STDs. Sex addictions. Becoming a father to an unwanted child with zero means to support him or her. Not learning self-control or how to treat a woman and thus doomed to fail at long term relationships. Those are some possible harms.
But if a non-playable character who is destined for Hell and has zero hope of escaping that fate will lightly assert things that basically call God a liar, I’ll just point these potential consequences out for others on the forum. If a person disregards what God says, I’m sure there is very little that can be said to persuade such a person otherwise. Such a person is a fool who either thinks there is no God or believes he is smarter than Him.
