The FBI raided Fulton County’s Election Hub and Operations Center. The raid was authorized by a judge’s warrant, which is under seal. However, some news organizations have gotten a copy and are reporting that the FBI is seeking several types of records.
ABC News reports:
The search warrant authorized the FBI to search for “all physical ballots from the 2020 General Election,” in addition to tabulator tapes from voting machines and 2020 voter rolls, among other documents.
It is likely that the warrant also includes items that were requested by the Department of Justice in December. Those items were “all used and void ballots, stubs of all ballots, signature envelopes, and corresponding envelope digital files.”
On Wednesday (January 28), the FBI filled three large trucks with 700 boxes of ballots and other seized documents.
The warrant was signed by magistrate judge Catharine Salinas, and it states that the FBI is seeking material that “constitutes evidence of the commission of a criminal offense” and evidence “used as the means of committing a criminal offense.”
According to ABC News, the warrant lists possible violations of two specific statutes. One pertains to the required retention period for election records, and the other specifies “criminal penalties for people, including election officials, who intimidate voters or knowingly procure false votes or false voter registrations.”
The reference to the first statute (required retention period) suggests that the FBI has possibly learned that someone in Fulton County is destroying records. Because of ongoing litigation, those records should have been retained.
The second statute (“knowingly procure false votes”) suggests that the FBI may have uncovered some sort of ballot-harvesting scheme, where registrations were stolen or fabricated so that votes could be rendered by made-up

Yes, I would prefer miscreants facing the bar. But I can be bargained down to ballot integrity going forward.
I have the misfortune to live in the gerrymandered northern part of Fulton (spit) county. I would rejoice in seeing all those ….officials….held to account.
Or I wonder if the FBI will try to even find one. Typically you get a small fish and turn the screws on them to get bigger fish.
I would also be interested in how Fulton County has turned into such a hub of fraud claims. Maybe the repeatedly posted video evidence is enough probable cause ? At least that was the impetus for the Georgia Sos launching an investigation based on voter complaints against Ruby Freeman a few years ago. A single county also might be easier to gather evidence than an entire state.
As I recall at least a couple of gals running the ballot tabulators were feeding pristine, absentee ballots with no folds from the mailer, perfect black circles for Biden and not a mark on them.
And the counters for “problem” ballots to be read were connected to the internet - typical bottom line of Windows showing online status as connected.
Then everybody was sent home early because of a broken toilet and that’s when a mother sister pair with two or three buddies pulled back a black table clot from a table and pulled out wheeled suitcases and tabulated those more than once - all on video.

2020 was a blessing in disguise. Clearly a fraudulent election, but even with the “in your face” fraud there are still huge segments of the populace that will never believe it or are 100% OK with it (fraud). The question is, will anything be done about it? If PDJT administration fails to act and expose then it will all be for naught. This is our last chance to right the ship, because without fair elections we are doomed. Donkeys are trying to run out the clock and there are Repukes that are helping them.
Wonder if Maduro named names. Dominion operated freely in Vennie before 2020 and was pointed at as the example of how their machines could be used to corrupt an election — well before 2020.
Now we need to ban those cork lickers in California until they are reformed enough to know how to conduct a far and legal election. They are all scared crapless to have “voters” be required to show an I.D. before they are allowed to vote. WHY? Because fair and legal election would bring THEIR DOOM. America is going to be a “better place” once California does fall into the ocean. I believe Newscum and Karen the Afrikan Vacationer have sped up that process with their fires. It’s called erosion.
Kemp stabbed Trump in the back. He didn’t lift a finger to investigate fraud. All because Trump criticized him for reopening Georgia from COVID restrictions first. Petty. Never forget.

Fulton County was FAR from being the only place where there was rampant fraud in Georgia!
I would dance in the street if Jack ASSoff were removed!
