Jaguar Land Rover is an Indian company. Yes, Tata Motors are the suckers who bought Jaguar and Land Rover in 2008 from Ford who had owned Jaguar since 1990 and Land Rover since 2000.

Tata makes some good heavy equipment. I wouldn’t trust a car from them though. Sad they go mixed in with Hitachi. All the good Indian engineers escaped that dump.
