Question - was he breaking any gun laws?

Its a sanctuary city so there should be anti 2nd Amendment laws.

I haven’t heard anyone say anything about it. On either side.

Apparently in Minneapolis when you are carrying you have to have ID on you and he didn't?

It was on the news a day or so ago.
