Well yes all of this is temporary as everything Trump has done is without Congress passing very little of what he has done. It will all go away on 2028... The hard work would have been Trump getting Congress to approve it...writing up EO’s is easy.
I won’t disagree that using EOs is a problem. Legislation is needed. Constitutional amendments even better.
That’s the thing that gets me. President Trump is not going to get a Congress more favorable than the one he has now. NOW is the time to legislate more permanent improvements. Instead the president depends on EOs and appointments. Does he not care what happens after his term ends?
