On local Twin Cities radio this morning a representative of an unnamed business said the liberal upheaval in the state is causing some businesses to rethink expansion in Minnesota. The individual, who did not want to be identified, said businesses and industry are seeing job recruitment as more challenging due to sanctuary city policies and unruly protests. Red states are more attractive.
“Some were” — I read that it was a few kooky, fringe, small, left-wing businesses; aka, the usual suspects.
Legit businesses are simply evil capitalists in the mind of the MN communists.

Scandinavian immigrants who brought “soft” socialism to America. The more grounded ones moved to the Dakotas. Also, the ELCA do-gooders who brought in all the Somalis because they “care”. Add to the fact that Minnesota Republicans tend to be big-time RINOS, maybe with the exception of Michelle Bachmann.
Soft Socialism can work in small, homogenous communities, that share a common work ethic, and cheating the system is frowned upon.
They used to be socialist. But there was no place for it. It was the frontier. So eventually, they stopped being socialist.
While in Minnesota, they had the Twin Cities.
