The Small Business Administration (SBA) is probing whether affiliates of abortion giant Planned Parenthood illegally received $88 million in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“At the height of the pandemic, affiliates of Planned Parenthood took $88 million in taxpayer dollars to fund their abortion-on-demand agenda—and the Biden administration made sure they got nearly every cent forgiven, even after the first Trump administration protested,” SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler told The Daily Signal.

“Six years later, the Trump SBA holds the same conviction: Planned Parenthood Federation of America was never eligible to receive a dime in pandemic-era relief from taxpayers,” she added.

If substantial monies can be recovered from Planned Parenthood it might help put them out of business. The question that interests me is the effect of the undefined forgiveness of these loans made by the Biden administration. So the questions arise:

1) where the loans obtained fraudulently? If so, can the forgiveness of those loans be raised in defense of an action to recover the money?

2) was the forgiveness of those loans done fraudulently, perhaps as part of a conspiracy, or merely in a procedurally faulty way?

3) if the loans were not fraudulently obtained, but the process in extending these loans was merely procedurally faulty, or against authorizing regulations or legislation, can the loans be recovered?

A civil RICO case against Planned Parenthood might be fashioned if collaboration can be shown among Planned Parenthood pods that could produce punitive damages that could put these people out of business, as was done to the Ku Klux Klan.
