Nearly two dozen people were killed and 15 were injured by a large wild bull elephant that went on a 10-day rampage through several towns in eastern India, terrorizing locals who reportedly climbed trees and slept on rooftops to stay out of its reach.
The single-tusked male struck first on New Year’s Day when it killed a 35-year-old man in the village of Bandijhari in Jharkhand’s West Singhbhum district.
Four days later, the animal killed five members of the same family in the nearby town of Sowan. The next day, it killed five more people in Babaria, including a married couple and their two children, the Times of India reported.

Elephants in musth are truly dangerous creatures. The heightened aggression is something to see.
Probably the only creatures worse than a bull elephant in musth would be:
1) a Cape Buffalo appearing ten feet to your left (death nearly guaranteed, the experience being horrible absolutely guaranteed as they will gore you with their horns and stomp on your remains with their hooves …being churned into the dirt is not really the best way to spend an afternoon).
2) standing at dawn between a bull hippo and the river (death by being gored by 1.5 feet long teeth guaranteed, you can’t outrun them, you can’t fight them, what looks like fat is actually muscle, they actually do hate you, and there is a 50% chance you’ll be torn in two).
3) African Nile or Australian Saltie surfacing next to you (you’re dead! Hopefully from the shock of an 18 foot monster rather than being savaged in their death roll as you drown while being rended apart …but thankfully the shock of seeing one up close should make you pass out, and the very few people who have survived an attack actually claim it’s, erm, ‘peaceful’).
4) Any large jungle cat in failing light as night settles in (chances of death less than 30% if it’s not a maneater or with cubs; however, if it is a maneater or there are cubs, 100% for lion, 100% for tiger, 85% for leopard, 75% for Jaguar, which although bigger and stronger than their African and Asian leopard cousins are actually not as willing to kill humans, whereas there are many-eating leopards with over 409 human kills, literally, if it is a Puma less than 10% unless you’re female or a child, and better hope it’s a cheetah as that goes down to zero unless you’re a quadriplegic).
5) black mamba in your tent (chances of dying is actually less than 10%, since they’d rather escape than kill you …but if it bites you, guaranteed death without antivenin, plus also guaranteed color shift of your pants to brown seeing a snake that ranges from 7-14 feet within spitting distance).
6) About to go under for surgery and seeing your doctor is Biden …(buh-bye!)
I don’t think this is anything new for India.

I’d have to imagine a polar bear or grizzly bear would qualify. That elephant just wants to stomp people to death. The bear wants to eat you, and bears don’t care if their prey is dead before they start chowing down,
AWFLs, ICE Watch, pAntifa and most leftists are permanently in the state of mush..
