BTW in California, you have to reach a rent "threshold" of a certain amount past due before evicting; generally, the fair market rent for one month.

Actually it was originally on CourtNerds. Nothing fishy, not AI. The entitlement is REAL. As a landlady, I’ve seen it over and over again.
