A leftist Starbucks employee thought they could flex their politics by trying to ban ICE — and it instantly blew up in their face. This is what happens when radical ideology collides with reality, the law, and common sense. Like, subscribe, hit the bell, and let’s break down why this woke stunt backfired HARD.

This is too much for me to go through the whole thing, but apparently OT has it handled.
Agreed. for those of us that have less than an hour each morning for the Internet, a 10 minute video is too much.
A brief narrative by the poster would have been nice.
I don’t watch videos that take so long to get to the point. They keep interrupting it and talking through it. I gave up on the video.
If I was ICE, I’d worry less about starbucks and more about where I was staying.
BREAKING: ICE agents with rooms booked at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown St. Paul were reportedly notified their reservations were canceled as the hotel announced a temporary closure, citing “heightened public safety concerns in St. Paul.”
I had AI summarized the video. Nothing backfired.

FR used to be a hard news/commentary site. It's morphed into the National Enquirer soliciting clicks.
clickbait
“BREAKING: ICE agents with rooms booked at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown St. Paul were reportedly notified their reservations were canceled”
The Mafia had the same problem. They’d make reservations saying they worked for the Mafia, and then find those reservations canceled.
Hey ICE - just say you work for the Department of Health.
What is it that is supposed to be buried somewhere in this long video?
“I had AI summarized the video. Nothing backfired.”
I should have read the comments before wasting my time on the video.
Same.
Agree that videos take too much time to get to the point.
I’ve repeatedly told family members NOT to send them to me - sum them up in a sentence or two.
Starbucks is already in trouble and closing locations to “restructure.”
“Starbucks closed approximately 400 locations nationwide in September 2025, primarily in large metropolitan areas like New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, and Minneapolis, as part of a $1 billion restructuring plan under CEO Brian Niccol.”
When people are hurting financially, coffee runs are one of the first things they can easily cut out. I can make far better quality, better tasting coffee right at home - and for a fraction of the price of take-out coffee.
Starbucks coffee has a burned, sour taste to it.
Wait, made guys would tell the hotel they were wise guys? Where do you pull this crap from?
I always try to give a quick summary of a video—whether I post it here or send it to someone.
Sometimes a few words are all that is needed. In most cases a few sentences will get it done.
I didn’t see if/how anything “backfires” on the Starbucks soy boy. If it did, I missed it.
Why did you post? Nothing “backfired”. The video was too many minutes of Officer Tatum navel gazing.
