Is it big enough to hold a sleeping cat?

I would like to see before and after pics of some lawn with grass tall enough to challenge the mower. Driving around on dead and short grass only addresses the mobility issue.

What could possibly go wrong?

This is a sarcasm notification for the humor impaired.

I thought that I remembered the eufy name from the past:

Eufy, EZIVIZ Now Wyse Chinese Security Camera Exposed For Snooping

Now, I would like a robot lawnmower for personal reasons, but I would probably pay extra for Husqvarna with IT security in mind.

And, lest you think that I am only being selective in my dislike of Chinese IP and security protocols, may I present yet another item that I won't touch:

CES 2026: Aiper Unveils AI-Powered Smart Yard Ecosystem

I have no idea why the Chinese want to vacuum up all the personal dimensions of my yard, pool or information from my security cameras, but I will likely stick to companies based in countries and cultures that respect privacy, and that respect international laws.

Robotic gardeners and what, landscaping next? Who needs illegal aliens anymore? Well, democrats, but they’re still angry about losing their slaves once 160 years ago

This lawn bot will stall out on wet grass that is a bit too tall.
I am shocked this lawn jockey is not called the world’s first AI lawn bot for advertising spin

Guaranteed not ready for prime time. Let the lawn get real long. Or thick wet turf after a rain. Of course you’re not supposed to let the lawn get “too long” and never cut grass right after a rainstorm, but that’s how it works in the real world.

It might work as an adjunct or supplement to keep it mowed, I guess.

A great test would be to put in on a lawn with a chow chow dog.

My bet is the chow chow would turn it upside down and turn it into a chew toy.

Lol.

Have you found one of those yet?

People need to get off their lazy butts and mow themselves.

It’s good exercise, for one thing.

and the last thing I want is some *smart* lawn mower claiming it found some endangered species on my lawn and having to deal with the DEC or EPA.

We just bought a robot lawn mower. It was on sale, and we’ve only used it a few times before the grass stopped growing.

My husband is very, very happy with it. It did better than he was hoping for.

We have a large sloped back yard and it did great.

We just bought one, and my husband is thrilled. We have an acre and the back yard is sloped. You can’t use a rider mower on it.

We had gardners, but they never did a great job. They mowed it too short they mowed when it was too wet.

We will now more next year, but so far the robot works better than expected.

YT demo has the robot cutting dead grass or grass so short it may as well be dead.
