Jack Smith’s Tyrannical Arrogance
American Thinker ^ | 3 Jan, 2025 | J.B. Shurk

Smith believes the government can prosecute any of us for rejecting official ‘truths.’

Jack Smith, the special prosecutor who attempted to put President Trump in prison for acknowledging that the 2020 election was tainted by fraud, testified before the House Judiciary Committee the week before Christmas. Here are the video and transcript of his deposition. Smith’s testimony is disturbing because his argument in favor of prosecuting the president boils down to this: (1) Every sensible person knows that Joe Biden won the 2020 election. (2) For President Trump to pretend otherwise reveals that he is knowingly telling a “lie.” (3) By using this “lie” to undermine the 2020 election results, Trump committed fraud against the U.S. government and the American people.

Consider how dangerous this line of reasoning is. Essentially, Smith claims to believe that certain “truths” cannot be disputed. In the case of the 2020 election, if enough certified “experts” in the press claim that something is “true,” then anybody who claims to believe otherwise is maliciously spreading a “lie.”

When it comes to the 2020 election, however, many things about Joe Biden’s supposed “victory” never made sense. For starters, President Trump won almost every bellwether county — areas whose voters routinely choose the winner — across the nation. After the press “officially” called the election for Biden (four days after America’s putative Election “Day”), The Epoch Times pointed out an “intriguing phenomenon”: For forty years, “19 counties in the nation have always voted for the winner, be it Republican or Democrat.” In 2020, eighteen of those nineteen counties voted for President Trump by an average margin of sixteen points! The one county that went for Biden is in Washington state, and Joe’s margin was a measly three points.

I hope there is a grand jury hearing evidence on Jack Smith’s lawfare.

“No one is going to jail.”

Agree. The political class doesn’t go after their own. They’re all dirty and fear retribution.

I would pay money to watch Jack Smith hang.

Jack Smith believes he can craft the law to fit the prosecution he wants to run.

He did it to the popular GOP governor of VA and he and his wife spent a year in jail. The Supreme Court overturned the conviction and chastised Smith in a 9-0 opinion.

Smith should never be allowed near a courtroom again.

He was doing others’ bidding.

smith, comey, garland...

...there needs to be an ‘apollo program’ plan for prosecutions. I’m not suggesting an ultimate target, but let the emerging evidence (and likely confessions) take us on a journey of justice.

...but I’m not even seeing the will. To the contrary, the will suggests letting this rot like other high order conspiracies (9/11, for one).

Though I may regularly mock blondi, she answers only to one person.

...and the evidence is growing that he’s been compromised to assure that the ‘corporation’ is protected.

As it stands now, blondi is Exhibit 1.

"..who attempted to put President Trump in prison for acknowledging that the 2020 election was tainted by fraud"

Yet that's exactly what democrats did with the 2016 election and even went so far as to concoct an asinine story that Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election. They KNEW it was fake, they lied to a judge, yet went ahead with fake hearings, a fake investigation, they destroyed innocent people financially, they harmed a sitting Presidents ability to do his job, they harmed foreign affairs and here we are NINE years later and not ONE of these bastards have been indicted! Compare that to what they did to Rudy Guiliani. If Trump does his entire term and let's them get away with, I am DONE with politics.

Everyone on MAGA’s side thinks Jack off Smith’s J6 prosecutorial misconduct is so gross he should be disbarred and jailed. By Smith’s reasoning he’s guilty as charged.

Yes with a lot of evidence about bogus numbers in the 2020 election popping up.

It’s a test to see if justice still exists in this country.

Jack Smith is the modern day version of Maximilien Robespierre who sent many French citizens to the guillotine... ironically, Robespierre was executed by guillotine to end the “Reign of Terror.”

I was on a federal grand jury. One of the eventual indictments was against a crook who was a literal diagnosed psychopath (which was not directly relevant to the indictment, but sure explained a lot).

His mannerisms were exactly like Jack Smith.

Same smug expression.

In the old USSR, any who questioned the prevailing Kremlin narratives were often arrested and confined to mental hospitals. The “reason” being, anyone who opposed the glorious worker’s paradise of the USSR must be insane. IMHO, it looks like Jack Smith was planning a kinda sorta Version 2.0 of that mindset. Oh how we miss those “good old days.”

There may be some interesting findings about the 2020 election coming out of Venezuela now that Maduro is gone.
