Jack Smith believes he can craft the law to fit the prosecution he wants to run.
He did it to the popular GOP governor of VA and he and his wife spent a year in jail. The Supreme Court overturned the conviction and chastised Smith in a 9-0 opinion.
Smith should never be allowed near a courtroom again.
In the old USSR, any who questioned the prevailing Kremlin narratives were often arrested and confined to mental hospitals. The “reason” being, anyone who opposed the glorious worker’s paradise of the USSR must be insane. IMHO, it looks like Jack Smith was planning a kinda sorta Version 2.0 of that mindset. Oh how we miss those “good old days.”
