Agreed that the numbers may be fudged, but there’s no doubt phones are a distraction in class.
Can't trust what the administrators say.
Need to see third party proctored exam scores; SAT, ACT, Pre-SAT, Pre-ACT, ASVAB, EndOfCourse exams, etc.
The phones may be an indicator as to how inefficient the classrooms are rather than a distraction.
