Teachers aren’t enforcing the ban.

They don’t dare.

Meanwhile, proficiency test results are out.

Plug in a few districts.

So far, best I can say for the Upstate districts I’ve looked at is that some suck a bit less than others.

These aren’t schools.

They’re warehouses.
