Minn. Somali-run day care bizarrely reports all their important documents about child care were stolen in mysterious break-in

A Somali-run day care in Minneapolis is claiming somebody broke in stole “important documents” as the national spotlight shines on the unfolding billion-dollar fraud scandal involving Minnesota human services.

Nasrulah Mohamed, manager of Nakomis Day Care Center, told reporters that a suspect entered through the kitchen at the rear of the facility, damaging a wall and breaking into the building’s office sometime on Tuesday.

He said the alleged prowler stole “important documentation” including children’s enrollment information, employee documentation and checkbooks.

The religion that supports lies, rapes, misogyny, and theft is lying to us?
I’m more and more convinced that the unaviodable CW-II will also be Crusades II. Hopefully, this time we’ll do it correctly and completely.

Penalties for making a false police report range from misdemeanors to felonies, depending on the jurisdiction and severity, including jail time (months to years), substantial fines, probation, and a criminal record, with more severe charges for hate-motivated reports or if someone is harmed, potentially leading to felony charges and significant prison sentences, notes The Law Dictionary, Surovell Isaacs & Levy, PLC and Grand Canyon Law Group, LegalFix.com and FindLaw.

Consequences also involve civil liability for damages
and obstructing justice, reports The Law Dictionary.

Common Penalties
Misdemeanor: Often up to a year in jail and/or fines up to $2,500, with possible probation, reports Surovell Isaacs & Levy, PLC.

Felony: For serious cases (e.g., falsely implicating someone), potentially 1 to 5 years in prison.

Criminal Record: A lasting mark that affects future employment or housing.

Aggravating Factors Leading to Felonies

Implicating Others: Intentionally framing someone elevates the charge.

“Swatting”: Falsely reporting major incidents like hostage situations can be felonies due to resource waste and danger, notes FindLaw.

Bomb Threats: Treated as serious felonies, carrying significant jail time (e.g., 10 years) and hefty fines.

Other Consequences

Civil Lawsuits: For defamation or damages caused by the false report.

Obstruction of Justice: Interfering with a legitimate investigation.

Penalties vary significantly by state, but the message is clear: knowingly filing a false report is a crime with serious, life-altering consequences, emphasizing the need for legal counsel if charged, says The Law Dictionary.

This is Minnesota in December. They’d need to chop a hole in the ice to launch the boat.

This is something the DOJ, FBI, DOH, and ICE should be able to work together to get some wins in the W-column.

I suspect we’ll hear this excuse more than once. They’ll all claim the dog ate their homework, in unison, expecting it to fly.

I saw that NY Yankees cap, too, and I immediately thought “What a poser. Trying to be an All-American guy.” They chose the guy with the best English, too.

Have you notices all the Somali guys are string beans and all their women weight 300 pounds? It’s really weird.

Strange about that weight difference.

Although Somalia is in Africa. A passage in an Elmore Leonard crime novel had two ghetto guys talking.

“How come so many of our gals have those huge, high rear ends? What’s up with that?”

“Well, in Africa there have been a lot of bad droughts for centuries. Butts are natural repositories of fat and fat holds water for use later by the woman’s body. The women with a lot of fat survived to have more children and feed them and the skinny ones died out without as many kids. So it’s like evolutionary.”

TThat”break-in” point in the broken drywall is not large enough to to squeeze even a child’s body. through
And there is not enough room between the drywall cover and the intact backwall to reach through.

NY Yankees cap....

But the Maryland Man had his farmer’s straw hat in Tennessee for his photo shoot. Meant to make a ruthless gang member look like a good ol’ guy.

I forgot about that! Yep, same deceit.
Just like a lawyer dressing his gang-banger client in a nice suit to go before the judge.

irs income tax should have records of expenses and income....

IRS income tax records are highly confidential and are protected by federal law (26 U.S.C. § 6103). Local police cannot unilaterally subpoena IRS records; disclosure to state and local law enforcement agencies is only permitted under specific, strict exceptions and generally requires a federal court order.
How Law Enforcement Can Access Records
The Internal Revenue Code strictly limits who can access federal tax returns and return information. Exceptions for law enforcement generally fall into these categories:
Federal Agencies and Court Orders: Federal law enforcement agencies (like the FBI or DEA) can seek access to tax information for use in non-tax criminal matters, but they must generally obtain an ex parte court order from a federal district court judge or magistrate judge. An ex parte order is granted without the need to notify the taxpayer in advance.
State and Local Law Enforcement: Disclosure to state or local law enforcement for non-tax crimes is generally prohibited unless:
The state or local agency is part of a joint team with a federal agency in an investigation of a missing or exploited child.
The taxpayer provides express written consent.
There is an imminent danger of death or physical injury to an individual, in which case a federal or state agency may be notified (but generally not local police directly, though information-sharing agreements exist).
Grand Jury Subpoenas: A federal grand jury can issue a subpoena for records relevant to a criminal investigation. The IRS is generally required to produce records in response to a grand jury subpoena, provided it meets the requirements of the relevant IRC section.
State Tax Authorities: State tax agencies can access federal return information for the purpose of state tax administration through a written request, as they have an information-sharing agreement with the IRS.
Summary
The records are not public information and enjoy a high degree of confidentiality. While police cannot directly issue a valid subpoena to the IRS on their own, the information can sometimes be obtained through a complex legal process involving federal authorities and a federal court order for a legitimate criminal investigation. Unauthorized disclosure is a felony offense.

A Yankees hat can be rather polarizing. Yes they are most well known MLB team but I’m not sure they’re the most beloved team in Minnesota. They’re not called the evil empire for nothing. I mean a Twins cap would have been much more understandable to the locals at least. Obviously we aren’t dealing with the most sophisticated scammers here.

A black Yankees cap with a straight brim projects ‘gangsta’ to me. Gangsters protecting their grift and projecting their arrogance. Message received.
