A "Reaction Video" from a "reaction" couple, which are great (Bikkuri personal opinion, and one of my favorite couples)...
They have been one of my favorites to watch.. a different generation, whom no one would expect to even listen to our generation, nor type of music..
(I avoid 'U-Tube' as much as possible, but some things can't be avoided.)
She loves guitar solos, as she puts it, “tickles my brain”...which I thought was a great description.
It is satisfying to see new generations uncover brilliant music that they weren’t exposed to growing up.
There’s a lot of black people, brought up on nothing but Hip Hop, that react to other genres - realizing there’s much more to music. I enjoy watching reactions to Metallica, e.g. Master Of Puppets, when they realize what the song is actually about.
"It is not possible to play Free Bird too loud."
"Listening to Free Bird could only be made better by sticking your head directly into the amplifier."

I couldn’t tell you.
My wife’s partner has always been in possession of the master recordings and we’ve never actually seen them.
Those recordings were lost for a time and Jim Sutton found eventually located them and had them transferred to a more durable and modern recording medium.
We only discovered all this ourselves about 7 years ago, which is quite a story all in itself.
What I’ve shared so far is literally only the tip of the iceberg my friend.....so much so I told my wife she really should consider writing a book about all of it.
The WHOLE story is a stone cold trip.
After we did uncover all this information I told my wife if I had known she was Rock and roll royalty I would have married her 10 years before I did! 😁
"We managed to sneak down pretty darn close to theampsspeakers."

>> So, I am not the only FReeper that enjoys their reactions?!?
I liked seeing that too! I also appreciate the opportunity to listen to “Free Bird” again — haven’t heard it in a LONG time. Thanks for the post!
"Nothing good happens above the Mason Dixon."
Baylor Band was also very nice, back in the day.. been out of the loop for a few decades, so no idea how they are now.
Had the choice of TTech.. (it also was too expensive..)..
"What a sweetheart she is. So full of joy and life. I couldn’t stop smiling watching her reaction to Free Bird. And what a smile."
Beautiful (instrumental)... trying to imagine it on a grand piano...
Let me add a little to your history lesson. The bands booking agent in Florida knew they were something else and called an agent he knew in Atlanta. We’ll call him Robert. Robert listened to their music and really liked it but he had started another business besides booking talent and just didn’t have the time so he referred another agent in town. The rest, as they say, is history. The third agent never forgot what Robert had done for him and at Skynerd’s peak got Robert backstage passes at a show in Atlanta. Robert could tell the band was deep into “substances” but put on an incredible show. Back stage after the show Van Zant would hold up two fingers and a roadie would light a cigarette and put it in Van Zant’s fingers.

Way ahead of ya my friend. 😏
My wife and her partner receive royalties twice a year and are planning on shopping the rights recordings around to any interested parties some time in the new year.
My wife would like Kid Rock to purchase the rights and recordings.
I have to admit, if they are going to have to go to someone, for some reason him owning those recordings feels right.
This was their first time listening to it. I get the same feeling each time I hear it and twice as much in each concert I have been to since 1977. I close my eyes recalling the summer field parties...
Curious to know if you’ve ever had the chance to hear the recordings— yes? Very Cool, regardless!
