Ocean dredging I think would have to be massive to have any affect on sea level rise, but then, to start with, I do not think the issue is as dire as the alarmists say it is.
Whenever subsidence has been seen to be the real factor at some specific point of a coastal area, that specific point of an area was in fact shown to have sunk lower than it’s previous height and that subsidence accounted for the ocean to appear to be higher - further up on a section that was in fact sunken lower than it was before.
Subsidence in coastal areas is a common occurrence and by subsidence we do not mean erosion by the forces of the waves and rain.
Natural coastal subsidence is driven by several long-term geological processes:

Sediment Compaction: In river deltas and coastal areas, newly deposited sediments accumulate and the weight of overlying layers naturally compresses the material beneath them. This causes the land surface to gradually lower over time.
Glacial Isostatic Adjustment (GIA): This is the ongoing response of the Earth’s crust and mantle to the retreat of the massive ice sheets from the last ice age, around 15,000 years ago. Areas that were once heavily glaciated are now uplifting, while peripheral areas (such as the U.S. East and Gulf Coasts) are naturally subsiding as the Earth’s crust flexes.
Tectonic Activity: The slow movement and collision of the Earth’s tectonic plates can cause vertical land motion (VLM). Coasts along active margins (like the U.S. West Coast) experience more frequent tectonic shifts, which can sometimes lead to localized, rapid subsidence or uplift, though overall they tend to be more geologically active and less prone to chronic subsidence than passive margins.
Dissolution of Underground Rocks: In “karst” terrains where soluble rocks like limestone, gypsum, or salt exist beneath the surface, groundwater can dissolve them over time, forming underground caves and caverns. If the cavern roof becomes unstable, it can collapse, leading to the sudden formation of a sinkhole at the surface.

Sea level is far more dependent on plate tectonics than ice melt.
You put the ice cubes in the glass first. Then you add water until the ice floats and fill to the brim with water. What happens when the ice melts?

ROTFLOL! of course the oceans rise at the same rate everywhere ... what doesn’t change at the same rate everywhere is the rate of coastal subsidence, which is a function of the degree of over-pumping of local ground water and deep water aquifers, analogous to letting air out of a balloon or squashing a sponge cake sitting in a puddle of water ...
That said, Archimedes principle applies, differences in gravity, tides, and ionic composition taken into account.
If there were any part of the globe that would reveal sea level rise, it might be equatorial islets like the Maldives (which are still nicely above water.).
If sea levels did rise, build dykes. Major job market. It’s been done for centuries in Europe.
