Godfrey appeared in court via video on December 16, where prosecutors recommended $10,000 bail. Judge David Petersen raised it to $20,000, noting that it would be higher if roles were reversed. Shock and Awe!
A judge in Washington state that believes in equal justice for Abortion protestors!
Although I would guess that if the it was the abortion protestor behind the wheel that he would be held without bail.
